Terms of service
General
• Payment via Paypal (USD) or VN banking (VND). Full payment is required before I start working on the commission.
• The illustration will be delivered in 1 - 3 months
• If the illustration is not delivered within 3 months, you will receive a full refund. In any other circumstances, refunds are not available.
• You are only purchasing the digital file, not the printed art.
Usage and Copyright
• I retain the copyrights of this commission art and the rights to publish it on my sites for self-promoting.
• For personal commissions, clients can use the commission artwork for wallpaper/avatar or publishing it on non-profit sites, printing on stuffs for yourself, not for sale. Personal use means the artwork won't generate to commissioner any kind of profit or help you to attract customers.
• Clients can't claim that the commission art is made by themself.
• Don't edit the commission art without my permission.
Commercial commission
• 2x price for digital format such as promotional art, streaming graphic (schedule, loading screen, banner, etc.), visual key for commercial project, etc.
• 3x price for merchandise that featuring the artwork, printed matters, also including all digital format commercial use.
Working progress
• You will receive a sketch for approval. Please list all the changes when receiving this sketch, then I will proceed to finish the artwork.
• If you want to edit the final piece, it may take fee depending on the changes. I will edit it for free in case I mistake any character detail.
• My commission waitlist are not required down payment, I will contacting you for payment when I'm able to work on the order. Please be responsible when ordering a waitlist slot.
Add-ons
• Private commissions will cost extra 50% of the total price.
• You can order a priority commission to skip the waitlist and get your commission done by a deadline. Priority fee is 50% of the total price.
